David Livingston, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 28th House District, posted a series of statements on his social media account over two days in February 2026.

On February 22, Livingston posted “You’re FIRED https://t.co/wOI80wGR10”. Later that evening, he followed up with another post stating “The next Governor of Arizona https://t.co/dekTaX9rvp” on February 23. Shortly after, he addressed Texas Republicans directly with “Let’s get going Texas Republicans https://t.co/OnxpreaD4l”.

Livingston assumed office after winning election in 2023 and succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for Arizona’s 28th House District.
