At 12:09 UTC, he stated, “CONFIRMED https://t.co/wV18yXFAMn”, and at 12:22 UTC, he reiterated with another message reading “CONFIRMED https://t.co/Pbf68Ma27p”.
Livingston assumed office following his election in 2023 to replace former state representative Kelli Butler. He represents Arizona’s 28th House District as a member of the Republican Party.
