David Livingston, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 28th District, posted a series of brief statements on his social media account on August 13, 2025.
In his first post at 13:18 UTC, Livingston wrote, “Can’t fix stupid https://t.co/M0ZKYVYId5”. Shortly after, at 13:26 UTC, he published another message stating simply, “DC https://t.co/ANnydKBhLy”. A minute later, at 13:27 UTC, Livingston posted again with the single word “Captured https://t.co/PwmUMQf5ai”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as state representative for that district.
