At 15:45 UTC, Livingston wrote “Guilty https://t.co/QVW95FsEAx”. Less than a minute later, he posted another message stating “ELIMINATED https://t.co/V7iYdwVMam”. A few minutes after that, at 15:49 UTC, he shared a third post simply reading “Virginia https://t.co/UT6zoo4NJX”.
Livingston was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 28th House District. He succeeded Kelli Butler as the district’s representative.
