In two consecutive posts, Livingston stated “ELIMINATED https://t.co/o57VyGda8R” and “ELIMINATED https://t.co/FkAcQfKvRh”, both published on May 28, 2026. Later that day, he added another post: “Energy costs will go down https://t.co/aidusJrmTD”.
Livingston assumed office after winning the seat previously held by Kelli Butler. As a member of the Arizona State House since 2023, he represents constituents in the 28th House District.
