In a post at 06:33 UTC, Livingston shared an image with the caption “America”.
Later that day, at 15:19 UTC, he wrote “Captured more criminal Illegals”.
A few minutes afterward, at 15:26 UTC, Livingston added another post stating simply “Captured”.
Livingston began serving in the Arizona State House after winning election in 2023. He succeeded Kelli Butler as representative for District 28.
