Debbie Lesko, a long-serving representative of Arizona’s 8th District in the U.S. Congress since 2018, has been actively engaging with her constituents and sharing updates through social media. Previously, she served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2009 to 2015 and in the Arizona Senate from 2015 to 2018.
On May 14, 2025, Lesko expressed gratitude towards President Biden with a brief message on Twitter: “Thank you @POTUS !”
Later that day, Lesko highlighted an event attended by Jim Bull from Team Lesko. She noted his participation at the Avondale State of the City address, praising local leadership: “Jim Bull from Team Lesko attended the @AZAvondale State of the City to learn more about what its leaders have been doing for their municipality. Great work, Mayor Mike Pineda! Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen was also in attendance.”
On May 15, 2025, during National Police Week, Lesko took to Twitter to acknowledge law enforcement officers’ contributions in her community: “It’s National Police Week, and I’m grateful for the work that all the men and women in law enforcement perform for our communities in the West Valley. Thank you to the brave police officers who patrol our streets and safeguard our neighborhoods!”
Debbie Lesko was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin in 1958 and currently resides in Peoria. She is an alumna of the University of Wisconsin–Madison where she earned her Bachelor’s degree.
