On August 21, 2025, Lesko expressed gratitude to former President Donald Trump for his actions regarding Social Security: “THANK YOU, President @realDonaldTrump, for your efforts to reduce taxes for those on Social Security and improve efficiency within the agency. Our senior citizens appreciate these actions!”
