On July 31, 2025, Lesko highlighted the participation of a team member at a local business opening: “Jim Bull from Team Lesko attended the recent ribbon-cutting and grand opening for Crispy Cones in Glendale. Welcome to Maricopa County – District 4! We are happy to have you in our midst.”
The following day, she commented on national news with a personal anecdote: “Flashback: Today’s news about Russia Hoax brings back memories from when Trump appointed me to his Impeachment team:” This statement referenced her involvement during the impeachment proceedings under President Donald Trump.

Lesko has built her career through various public service roles. She served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2009 to 2015 and later in the Arizona Senate until joining Congress in 2018. Born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin in 1958, she currently resides in Peoria and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
