Congressman Abraham Hamadeh, representing Arizona’s 8th Congressional District, is informing residents about the availability of mobile office hours by appointment. These sessions are designed to assist constituents with issues related to federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, IRS, U.S. Department of State, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The mobile office hours will be held at two locations in Peoria: Sunrise Mountain Library on the first Thursday of every month and Main Library on the third Thursday of every month.
To schedule an appointment, constituents are advised to visit Hamadeh.house.gov. They should bring relevant documents such as a Social Security number for Social Security cases, a VA claim number for Department of Veterans Affairs cases, a copy of their tax return and photo ID for IRS matters, and any other pertinent documents or correspondence from involved agencies.
Due to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a), written authorization is required before Members of Congress or their staff can access information about an individual’s case. Constituents will need to complete and sign a privacy release form before any action can be taken.
“If you need assistance with a federal agency, please contact my office to set an appointment in the district office or to meet with staff during the mobile office hours,” stated Congressman Hamadeh. “My team will do what we can to resolve your issue.
