Jake Hoffman, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the 15th District, posted a series of tweets on August 21 and 22, 2025, addressing issues related to state politics and election integrity.

Later that day, Hoffman quoted Vice President JD Vance speaking at an RNC event. In his post from August 21 he stated: ““Protecting the right to vote is the most important thing we can do as a Republican Party.”

In another tweet posted on August 22, Hoffman commented on actions by Gina Swoboda regarding election legislation. He said: “The irony of Gina Swoboda using my kick ass election integrity legislation in her pathetic attempt to do damage control for herself. https://t.co/4K6f7gtC6K”.
Hoffman began serving in the Arizona State Senate after being elected in 2023 to represent District 15, succeeding Nancy K. Barto.
