Former Centennial High School standout Jake Lifgren played for the Point Loma Sea Lions as they defeated the Saint Martin’s Saints 66-57 in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14.

Pioneer Gymnasium hosted the 5 p.m. contest, which was the first meeting between the Sea Lions and the Saints in the tournament.

The Point Loma Sea Lions are scheduled for their next matchup at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 16 at Pioneer Gymnasium.
