Mountain Ridge alum Miyah Verse heads to NCAA Tournament with Georgia

Miyah Verse, a former Mountain Ridge High School star now playing for the Georgia Lady Bulldogs, is set to compete in the NCAA Tournament.

Georgia enters as the No. 7 seed and will take on the No. 10 seed Virginia Cavaliers in the opening round.

The first matchup is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at 1:30 p.m. at Carver Hawkeye Arena.
