Congressman Abe Hamadeh has been active on social media, addressing several issues through his official Twitter account. His recent posts cover legislative efforts, voting rights, and law enforcement.

On June 10, 2025, Congressman Hamadeh announced the introduction of the Health Professionals Scholarship Program Improvement Act alongside Representative Nikki Budzinski. The bill aims to “streamline the path for graduates to start full-time work at the Veterans Health Administration.” According to Hamadeh, this legislation is designed to ensure that veterans receive the care they have earned. “This bill ensures our veterans receive the care they have earned”.

Later that day, Congressman Hamadeh commented on a decision by the Washington, D.C. City Council regarding voting rights for noncitizens in local elections. He expressed concern that this decision undermines “the core American value of citizenship-based democracy.” In response, he voted to maintain voting rights exclusively for American citizens in the nation’s capital. “Today, Congressman Hamadeh voted to ensure that only American citizens can vote in our nation’s capital.”

On June 11, 2025, Congressman Hamadeh praised the Peoria Police Department for their handling of a challenging situation. He criticized Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo for allegedly spreading misinformation about law enforcement’s actions during this incident. “It is disappointing to see Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo was so quick to spread misinformation and throw law enforcement under the bus.”
