The Office of Congressman Abe Hamadeh has highlighted recent developments in Arizona’s Eighth Congressional District through a series of posts on social media, focusing on changes in the local rental market, major foreign investment, and community engagement.

On April 2, 2026, the office stated, “Rents are plummeting across Arizona’s Eighth Congressional District! Phoenix-area landlords are now offering up to three months free rent as new apartment supply surges, and President Trump’s strong border enforcement is cutting illegal demand. The Phoenix metro just”.

Later that day, another post described a visit by Congressman Hamadeh and his team to TSMC Arizona in North Phoenix. The post read, “Today, Congressman Hamadeh and our team visited TSMC Arizona in North Phoenix, a cutting-edge semiconductor fab representing a record 165 billion investment in our state, the largest foreign direct investment in American history. Hosted by CEO Ray Chuang and President Rose”.

On April 3, 2026, the office reported on a business roundtable hosted by Congressman Hamadeh alongside Peoria Mayor Jason Beck at TYR Tactical. According to the post: “Congressman Hamadeh was pleased to host a business roundtable alongside Peoria Mayor Jason Beck (@MayorPeoriaAZ) at TYR Tactical. Abraham Hamadeh won his seat in Congress after defeating Gregory Whitten in the 2024 general election with 56.5% of the vote compared to Whitten’s 43.5%.
