On Sunday, June 8, former Mountain Ridge High School standout Smith Bailey’s current collegiate team the Arizona Wildcats won 4-3 against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium at 12:05 p.m. and was the third matchup against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the tournament.
The Arizona Wildcats’ next game will take place on Friday, June 13 at 1:05 p.m. at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
