Grant Hanna will join the Arizona House as Chief of Staff, bringing a decade of experience from the Arizona Senate. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and advised on natural resources, water, energy, and government affairs. He also held roles as a Senior Policy Advisor and Research Analyst.
Matt Specht has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will oversee day-to-day functions of the House. With nine years on Majority Staff, Specht is known for his professionalism and expertise. He will continue advising the Majority, lead House Floor calendaring, and serve as a resource to Members and staff.
Linley Wilson will remain Deputy Chief of Staff and General Counsel. She continues to be a principal advisor to the Leadership Team and Republican Members while shaping policy strategy and the Majority Plan. As General Counsel, she leads support for the Rules Committee and provides legal counsel to Members.

These changes take effect Monday, July 14, 2025.
