The popular series ‘Music in March’ is set to return to Peoria’s Paloma Community Park next month. The concerts, scheduled for March 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 4 to 6 pm each Sunday, will feature a different musical genre each week. Local musicians will take the stage to entertain the audience in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Among the artists lined up for this year's event are Velvet Road, Lisa Hightower, Pete Pancrazi, and Desert Dixie. Velvet Road, a Phoenix band known for their unique blend of Pop, Country, and Rock ‘N’ Roll, will kick off the series on March 3. Lisa Hightower, a high-energy performer with a mix of Jazz, Blues, R & B, and Soul, will take the stage on March 10. On March 17, audiences can enjoy the talents of Pete Pancrazi, a vocalist and guitarist known for his original compositions and Jazz classics. The series will come to a close on March 24 with Desert Dixie, a 5-piece band playing a variety of genres from hot new country to Blues and Rock.

To complement the music, local food trucks will be on-site offering a delicious selection of food and drinks for purchase. The concerts will take place at Paloma Community Park, located at 29799 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway.

In a statement regarding the upcoming concerts, the event organizers encouraged attendees to "bring blankets and chairs and enjoy great music featuring local musicians in a beautiful outdoor setting." For more information about the event, interested individuals can visit peoriaaz.gov/events.
