Jim Heath joins NeoLight's board after decades-long career in medical devices

NeoLight, a provider of innovative medical devices and technologies, has announced the appointment of Jim Heath to its Board of Directors. Heath brings over three decades of experience in the medical device industry, including leadership positions at Stryker Corporation.

Heath's career in the medical device industry spans over three decades, holding various leadership positions and driving innovation and growth. He served as President of Stryker's Instruments Division, overseeing a global business with sales exceeding $1.8 billion. During his tenure, the division increased revenue, improved profitability, and enhanced employee engagement.

Additionally, he served as COO of Flexfab LLC, a privately-owned manufacturer of silicone, elastomer, and composite materials, where he achieved record sales and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and growth.

Heath currently serves on the Board of Directors for several companies, including C2Dx, AA Medical, Imperial Beverage, and CSM. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts degree in Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College.
