Later that day, another tweet addressed tax policy related to Social Security benefits. It stated that while direct action through “The One Big Beautiful Bill” was not possible, Congressional Republicans had devised an alternative approach. The message conveyed was: “”No Tax on Social Security” couldn’t be done directly via the OBBB, but Congressional Republicans found a way.” According to this post, 88% of seniors receiving Social Security benefits will pay no tax due to their total deductions exceeding taxable benefits.

The tweet highlighted his role as a supporter of President Trump’s agenda through legislative action: “Congressman Hamadeh ran on the promise to be @POTUS’s backup in DC.” He emphasized his vote for “the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill and the funding and advancement of President Trump’s America First agenda.”
