Bus drivers impact students’ everyday lives. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, and other sites within their designated bus route(s). Bus drivers are often the first adult that children see and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child’s smile as they leave the bus to start their day. Peoria Unified offers competitive pay with professional development opportunities and can help with obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
