Water conservation is a way of life in the desert and especially so in this time of long-term drought. The City of Peoria actively protects and preserves its diverse water supply through aquifer recharge, direct reuse of reclaimed water for landscaping and other non-drinking water demands, and building reliable water infrastructure. Peoria offers several programs to help increase water conservation and efficiency in the community such as rebates, conservation kits, water audits, water budgeting, and workshops and more.
