The Peoria Community Center is offering a special opportunity for kids to show their appreciation for their moms this Mother's Day. Children can give their mothers a day off in the kitchen by participating in a Kids Culinary Class to learn how to make delicious dishes to celebrate the occasion.
According to the announcement, there are two classes scheduled for next week. The first class is set for Tuesday, May 7, designed for children aged 9 to 11 with the course number 88658. The second class will take place on Wednesday, May 8, catering to children aged 12 and up with the course number 88657. Both classes will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm at the Peoria Community Center located at 8335 W. Jefferson Street.
Interested participants should note that there is a fee of $15 for the class, and space is limited. To secure a spot, individuals are encouraged to register promptly by contacting 623.773.7436 or by visiting the website www.peoriaaz.gov/krash.
This initiative not only provides children with an opportunity to learn culinary skills but also allows them to express their love and gratitude towards their mothers through the art of cooking.
