The City of Peoria is set to host its HOA Academy on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 8 am to noon. The program aims to educate HOA board members, management teams, and interested homeowners about the intricacies of maintaining homeowners associations.

The course will cover a variety of topics including a Legislative Update, Board of Directors' code of conduct and roles, federal laws, parking in the association, CC&R enforcement, creating a green community, hot topics among others.

For this one-day training course, the city has partnered with Carpenter Hazelwood Delgado & Bolen Law Firm and Vial Fotheringham Law Firm. Breakfast will be provided for all attendees. A registration fee of $15 is required for participation. Registrations are open until June 13.
