The City of Peoria is seeking a Parks & Sports Facilities Equipment Mechanic. The role involves performing skilled tasks in the repair and preventative maintenance of various tools and mechanical park equipment across multiple sports facilities in Peoria. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing turf and grounds equipment, vehicles, and tractors. The mechanic will also be responsible for ordering and monitoring parts. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
The position requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with 8-hour shifts each day. The salary range for this role is $22.51 to $25.02 per hour.
