The deadline for voters to request a ballot-by-mail for the July 30, 2024 Primary Election is July 19.
Voters can visit My.Arizona.Vote to complete the online ballot-by-mail application.
Maricopa County voters can also request their ballot from the County Recorder’s office at Maricopa.gov or by phone at 602-506-1511. That office can also provide instructions on how to email to request ballot-by-mail.
The third way to request ballot-by-mail is to visit the Arizona Secretary of State’s website to print, complete, and sign the ballot-by-mail request form. Voters can mail, fax, or email a scanned copy or photo of the completed form to their County Recorder’s office.
