On November 25, 2024, Lesko stated, "President Biden and VP Kamala Harris oversaw the largest invasion at our Southern Border EVER – and they’ve done NOTHING to stop it!" This comment reflects her disapproval of the administration's policies concerning the southern border.

She tweeted, "As the holiday season approaches, families like Jocelyn Nungaray’s, Laken Riley’s, and Rachel Morin’s will have seats missing at their celebrations. President Biden and Kamala Harris refuse to even apologize to their families. It’s heartbreaking." She wrote, "It has been nearly 600 days since House Republicans passed the most comprehensive border bill ever. Senator Schumer and radical Democrats in the Senate refuse to even bring it up for a vote." This tweet underscores her dissatisfaction with what she sees as a lack of action from Senate Democrats.
