Congressman Abe Hamadeh has taken to social media to express his views on recent judiciary matters involving the Supreme Court of the United States and legislative measures related to voter security. His recent tweets reflect a critical stance on judicial rulings and underscore the importance of legislative integrity in matters of national interest.

In a post dated April 7, 2025, Congressman Hamadeh endorsed the decision of Chief Justice Roberts by stating that “Chief Justice Roberts is right to reign in the district courts here. It is not their purview to dictate the deportation authority of the President of the United States, nor to make demands over the nation of El Salvador.”

Continuing the conversation about security, Hamadeh discussed the issue of voter suppression in a tweet from the same date, claiming “Baseless claims of voter suppression from the radical left accompany every common-sense measure to secure our elections. The only people who will find it harder to vote after the passage & implementation of the Save Act are illegal immigrants. That is EXACTLY the intention.”

On April 8, 2025, Hamadeh addressed what he described as “executive overreach” by Judge Boasberg, noting that it “met its richly deserved end at the hands of the Supreme Court of the United States. Congress must remain committed to holding these rogue judges accountable. Judicial Tyranny MUST not be tolerated.”
