Phoenix has been declared one of the most suitable states for renters due to its high-quality apartments, cost-effectiveness of rents and large renter share.

According to a research article published by the RENTCafe, state capitals have shown remarkable performance in terms of renter share, high standard of living, promising rent to income ratio and low street crime rate.

The article also suggests that State Capitals have larger numbers of lavish apartments, promising a high-end standard of living.

According to the study carried out by RENTCafe researchers, Phoenix is the sixth most attractive location for renters due to its lavish and high-end apartment and a high renter share. Phoenix is also the tenth most less-burdensome city for renters. Renters are said to spend less than a quarter of their income on paying house rents showing a very positive rent-to-income ratio.

Phoenix is also an active market for renting out homes, as 54% of its residents are said to have rented out their homes proving that the Arizona capital is, in fact, a renter’s heaven.
