City of Peoria issued the following announcement on April 22
The City of Peoria’s Community Assistance Division will be hosting an online Fair Housing Fundamentals seminar on Wednesday, April 29 at 4:30 p.m. A representative of Southwest Fair Housing Council will provide an overview of fair housing laws and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH). This webinar will cover important subjects related to fair housing and federal guidelines, including disability, qualified animals, criminal reentry, domestic violence, immigration status, and landlord and tenant resources.
