James McPheeters, and Police Officer Luke Richards and their families, to our Surprise Police Department family. It was also a proud dad moment for
Surprise Police Officer Grayling Jordan as his two sons were both sworn in as El Mirage Police Officers. YOUR Surprise Police Department staff
members came out to welcome them all. It was important to Chief Benny Pina that he personally thank the officers and their families for serving our
