Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online, the City of Tucson's permitting system, will be temporarily unavailable for customers beginning Friday, October 20, 2023, at 8 p.m. due to a system upgrade. TDC Online will be fully operational and available to customers by 8 a.m. on Monday, October 23, 2023.

The City of Tucson team will work diligently to enhance the permitting platform to give customers an even better experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements.

TDC Online is a self-service portal that provides customers with a complete online process. The system is a one-stop shop for customers seeking permits across Tucson. It provides customers transparency throughout the permitting process with email notifications and a personal dashboard to track applications from submittal to issuance. Customers can make real-time payments, schedule inspections, and create templates for frequently used applications.

For general inquiries and information about TDC Online, please contact PDSDInquiries@tucsonaz.gov or call (520) 791-5550.
