Sun City issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
All RCSC Offices at Lakeview Center (Corporate, Human Resources, Cardholder Services and Chartered Clubs), been closed on Monday, September 6, in observance of Labor Day. The Events & Entertainment Office at Sundial and the Sun City AZ Visitors Center at Bell Center will also be closed.
Cardholder Services will also be closed on the first Saturday (September 4) due to the holiday, but will be open on Saturday, September 11 from 9am to noon for those needing weekend service.
All Recreation Centers (fitness, pools, spas) and Sun City AZ Golf Courses will be open Labor Day weekend with normal operating hours for Cardholder use.
Summer hours end at Mountain View (9749 N. 107th Ave.), Oakmont (10725 W. Oakmont Dr.), and Lakeview (10626 W. Thunderbird Blvd.) after Labor Day with these three centers resuming winter hours - Sundays from 8am to 7pm; and Monday through Saturday from 6am to 7pm. Hours at all other RCSC recreation centers remain the same throughout the year.
