Cactus Road, 175th Ave to Cotton Ln, to fully open Sept. 4

City of Surprise issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.

Cactus Road fully reopen from 175th Avenue to Cotton Lane by 7 a.m. on Saturday, September 4. The road was closed for repairs due to a sinkhole.
