Glendale Elementary school issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
We continue to see great teaching and learning taking place in our classrooms each day. We greatly appreciate families getting students to school on time. A reminder that free breakfast for all students is served from 8:00 - 8:15 everyday.
We continue to have students being dropped off in the parking lot and crossing across the lot and traffic without being escorted across the lot by an adult. This is very unsafe for our students. If you are not going to use the drop off lane (this is the safest and most convenient way), we ask that you park your car and walk students across using one of the designated crosswalks. We appreciate your help with this.
