Peoria, Feb 26 2024 - A replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, known as The Wall That Heals, is set to arrive at Pleasant Harbor in Lake Pleasant from April 11 to 14. The announcement was made that, "The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial is coming to Pleasant Harbor, at Lake Pleasant, April 11 to 14."
Visitors will have the opportunity to pay their respects as it will be, "free to visit the wall 24 hours a day." The memorial features the, "names of the 58,281 men and women who died in the Vietnam War." Standing at 375 feet long and 7.5 feet high at its tallest point, the replica aims to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, as stated that, "The replica is 375 feet long and stands 7.5 feet high at its tallest point."
