On April 1, 2025, Congressman Hamadeh commented via social media on the judicial influence over immigration enforcement, expressing concerns about the balance of power. He stated, "6 in 10 Americans Support Trump’s Mass Deportations. But all it takes is just ONE of 677 local district judges to halt that OVERWHELMING popular agenda nationwide. Does that seem right to you?"

Later the same day, the Congressman addressed public concerns related to political associations of car manufacturers. He shared, "No one should have to live in fear because they drive a car made by a man the radical left dislikes." He further quoted an individual's perspective, "I didn’t buy my car for a political statement. I bought my car because it’s really fun to drive. My politics have nothing to do with that."

Additionally, Congressman Hamadeh participated in a congressional hearing regarding healthcare for veterans. In his opening remarks at the House Veterans Affairs Oversight Hearing on April 1, 2025, he stated, "The dedicated men and women who served our country deserve better access to cutting-edge solutions." This hearing was focused on modernizing VA healthcare with biomedical innovations.
