On April 1, 2025, Congressman Hamadeh inquired about RATE (Rapid Analysis of Threat Exposure) technology. He specifically questioned Mr. Jeff DiLullo, the Executive Vice President and Chief Regional Leader of Philips North America. He noted that Republican-led states are "proactively removing illegal aliens from voter rolls" and criticized Arizona for not taking similar actions.
