The City of Peoria has officially announced a public hearing regarding the adjustment of development impact fees. In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-463.05, the City is proposing to modify the impact fees currently imposed on developers within the city limits.
The public hearing, scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 6:00 PM, will take place at the City Council Chambers located at the Peoria Municipal Office Complex, 8401 West Monroe Street, Peoria, AZ 85345. All interested individuals are encouraged to attend and provide their comments on this proposed adjustment.
Furthermore, the City has made available a written report supporting the update to the impact fees. This report includes the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plans and can be accessed on the City’s website at www.peoriaaz.gov/impactfees. For those preferring hard copies, the documents are also available for review at the City Clerk’s Office.
