Peoria's final class of the Spice It Up, Peoria Series is set to take place this Saturday, April 13, from 1 to 3:30 pm at the Peoria Main Library located at 8463 W. Monroe Street. The event will feature Chef Larry, who will be shedding light on some of the less familiar ingredients that are currently trending in restaurants.

According to Chef Larry, "some of the less familiar ingredients trending now in restaurants" will be discussed during the class. Attendees can expect to learn about new and luxurious spices that are making their way into culinary creations.
