The City of Peoria, in collaboration with Southwest Fair Housing Council, is offering a free online Fair Housing class Thursday, April 18, from 9:30 – 11 am. The workshop aims to educate individuals on the Fair Housing Act, which "protects people from discrimination when they are renting or buying a home, getting a mortgage, seeking housing assistance, or engaging in other housing-related activities."
