City of Glendale recently issued the following announcement.

Description

What would the holidays be without a visit from Santa? The Jolly Old Elf, himself, will pay a visit during Mayor Jerry Weiers’ Annual Hometown Christmas Parade, December 11. Everyone is invited to enjoy the family-friendly festivities that will take place between 52nd and 58th avenues along Glendale Avenue. Enjoy more than 120 entries highlighting local schools, service organizations and businesses from around the Valley. The parade starts at 11 a.m.

The Hometown Christmas Parade supports Hope for Hunger, making this a great time to get in the spirit of giving. We will have a donation box in first floor lobby of Glendale City Hall.  You can find out more about Hope for Hunger at: https://www.hcparade.org/food-drive.
