A series of Halloween-themed events will take place at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center in October. The center, located at 5600 W. Union Hills Drive, will host three evenings of activities for all ages.
The first event, Pumpkin Paint Night, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5 per participant aged three and older; children under three can participate for free. Participants are encouraged to bring their own pumpkins to paint.
On Thursday, October 17, the center will hold an Arts & Crafts Night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This event costs $5 per child aged three to twelve. Attendees can dress up in Halloween costumes and engage in a craft project while enjoying fall-themed snacks. Parental supervision is required.
The final event is Family Movie Night on Saturday, October 26. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with the movie starting at 6:15 p.m. Admission is $5 per person aged four and older; children under three enter for free. The featured film will be "The Nightmare Before Christmas." Attendees are invited to bring blankets, camping chairs, and snacks. Free popcorn will be provided.
