The City of Peoria offices will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day. The Peoria Main Library, located at 8463 W. Monroe Street, and Sunrise Mountain Library, situated at 21109 N. 98th Avenue, will also be closed on this date. Materials due on June 19 will have their due date extended to Friday, June 20. During the closure, outside book drops will not be available.

Peoria announces utility rate increase effective July 1
